Welcome to Sufi Trails. By booking a trip, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed only after payment of the required advance or full amount.
The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before the departure date as specified.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary due to changes in taxes, fuel costs, permits, or government regulations.
Sufi Trails reserves the right to adjust pricing before final confirmation.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

By joining a trip, you agree to:

Provide accurate personal and travel information.
Carry valid government ID proof.
Follow the instructions of trip leaders and local guides.
Respect local cultures, communities, and the environment.
Maintain proper behavior throughout the journey.

Sufi Trails reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

4. Health & Fitness

Travelers must ensure they are physically and medically fit for the trip, especially for treks and adventure activities.
Any medical condition must be disclosed prior to booking.
Sufi Trails is not responsible for health issues arising during the trip due to undisclosed conditions.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
Trip leaders may make necessary changes in the interest of safety and smooth execution.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
By booking with Sufi Trails, you agree to those terms.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Sufi Trails acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, local vendors).
We are not liable for loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen events.
Adventure activities involve inherent risks, and travelers participate at their own discretion.

8. Force Majeure

Sufi Trails shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, images, and branding, belongs to Sufi Trails and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
