Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sufi Trails, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms to ensure clarity and fairness for all travelers.
By booking a trip with Sufi Trails, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellation by Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total trip cost
15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost
7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost (No refund)
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
2. No Show Policy
If a traveler fails to join the trip on the departure date without prior notice, it will be considered a no show, and no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Any payment gateway charges or bank transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Cancellation by Sufi Trails
Sufi Trails reserves the right to cancel a trip due to:
Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
Government restrictions
Insufficient bookings
Safety concerns
In such cases, travelers will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule for a future date, or
Travel credit for future bookings
5. Refunds for Trek & Adventure Trips
For trekking and adventure trips:
Refunds are subject to local vendor, permit, and campsite policies.
Some permits and bookings may be non-refundable.
6. Partial Refunds
No refunds will be provided for:
Unused services
Early departure from the trip
Missed activities due to personal reasons
7. Force Majeure
Sufi Trails shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). Refunds in such cases will be subject to vendor policies.
